BAKERY & BREAD
Panisano is located in Östermalmshallen and is owned and operated by Vattenverket Lidingö, where we produce all bread and pastries in our own bakery.
We believe that the basis of a good bread is a genuine craft with the best ingredients and baked with a lot of love.
In the bakery, our fantastic bakers Emma Hane and her colleagues steer the ship. Everything is baked from scratch and delivered continuously during the day so that we always have fresh bread and freshly baked buns.
Our sourdough bread is baked in a stone oven together with cinnamon and cardamom buns, which gives everything that is baked a wonderful character. Our croissants, which also contain part of our sourdough, are of course rolled in real butter in 12 layers to achieve that magical feeling of crispiness and caramelised bottom.
