Competition rules

The prize cannot be transferred or changed in terms of content or scope. Any winning tax is paid by the winner.

 

The winner will be contacted by Östermalms Saluhall within ten (10) days of the competition being decided via the contact details provided by the participant for further information and travel booking.

 

Only one prize per family/household and competition. Only 1 (ONE) competition entry/day unless otherwise stated.

If Östermalms Saluhall has not, after reasonable efforts, found the winner through the contact details provided by the participant within ten (10) days of the competition being decided, or if the winner does not meet the requirements to participate in the competition, (if possible) a new winner.

 

The participant is responsible for the correctness of the information provided by the participant. Employees within Östermalms Saluhall, their customers, partners or dealers and their immediate family members cannot participate in Östermalms Saluhall's competitions.

 

Östermalms Saluhall is not responsible for the competition participant's opportunity to participate in the competition or if participation is limited for any reason that is beyond Östermalms Saluhall's reasonable control, including without limitation: problems or other technical malfunctions of the telecom operator or his equipment for telephony and/or SMS traffic, problems with the mail or e-mail which means that the participant's contribution does not reach Östermalm's Saluhall, incomplete or incorrect information about the participant's contact details or other, changes in legislation that affect the competition setup and execution, authority decisions, war situation, natural disaster or other similar event.

 

Östermalms Saluhall is not responsible for any extra costs around the profit.

 

By participating in the competition, you agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with Östermalm Saluhall's privacy policy. Östermalms Saluhall is not responsible for any printing errors or the like in connection with the competition. Furthermore, Östermalms Saluhall is not responsible for direct, indirect or accidental losses as a result of your use of Östermalms Saluhall's web pages.

The most recently revised version of our privacy policy is always available on our website. The policy is applicable at any given time according to its published form and content.
