From market trader to purveyor to His Majesty the King.

It all began in the early 1920s. Fisherman’s daughter Lisa Elmqvist traded her wares at a street market by the waterfront, and customers quickly flocked to her stall. Her fish, shellfish and cookery skills were of such a high standard that she swiftly moved up to Östermalms Saluhall – the perfect place to allow her ability to shine through. Today, 90 years later, the fourth generation of the Elmqvist family continues her work assiduously from the same stall, gaining more and more experience and ambitions.

In the food hall the name of Lisa Elmqvist represents a fish stall and restaurant with a unique know-how and an inherited sense of the delicacies of the sea.

Here you can shop for, or be served, the very finest fresh fish and shellfish – as well as ready-made dishes and delicacies from our own kitchen. There is also a well-stocked wine bar.

Our Catering team provides a complete service at all levels, with experienced personnel and the best from Lisa’s extensive menu – prepared, decorated and served wherever required.
